Adding a Critical Message

Critical messages display on the top of a customer for all employees to see.  This can be used for collection notices, special instructions, phone bypass numbers, etc.

When you are in a Customer, click on the Notes Tab and then Add Note.  Type in the message that you would like, choose Standard or Critical and an Expiration Date if there is one and click apply. The Critical Message will then be created.

Once you have saved the information you will see that Critical Messages populate above the customers information for easy viewing.

Standard Messages will be visible in the Notes Tab for easy viewing on Non-Critical information.
